Weakest Link- Don't put up with it
Stress, everyone gets stressed.
It can paralyse us.
Yet all too often people do nothing about it and therefore live their lives not being as happy as they could be.
Often it is our weakest link or things that we can't do anything about it that give us stress.
Just working on what we are weak at can help cheer us up which can then lead to even more being done.
If you just sit down and write down all the things that are causing you to be stressed or anxious it can really help you to start taking action. Then write down what you can DO ABOUT THEM. By pinpointing what is causing you stress and upset and what you can do about them you can put youself in a better place!
I love what I do - get to help people lose weight, move better and more easily, transform their bodies, learn to swim and compete at a higher level. It is amazing to be able to earn a living helping other people, but what I really love is making people HAPPIER. I wish I could reach more people and make more of a difference.

I've been working on my weaknesses lately. I'm not great at publicity. It doesn't come naturally to me. But by trying to improve in this skill I am helping decrease what is stressing me out. Just trying is making me happier. I guess this is one of the reasons I'm writing this, to try and improve in this area. Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm passionate about what I do. I want to help people be happier. I need more practice bringing my message to more people so that I can help them better. So, if you feel like you want to lose weight, then take ACTION. You'll feel better just for trying. By trying to change what is stressing you out, you will become HAPPIER :)
