The Paleo Diet- What is it and how Effective is it?
In this post I want to share with you a skype interview I had with a school friend of mine who eats Paleo and happens to be an elite rower. As most of you probably know Rowers train incredibly hard and need carbs to fuel their insane training, interesting then that one as good as Nicholas Lockyer managed to do it eating Paleo (he was good enough to row in the Oxford-Cambridge boat race).
